Sonja Annette Bryan

Sonja Annette Bryan, 54, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at her home in Johnsonville.

Sonja was born on April 13, 1971, in Columbia, the daughter of the late James Tatham and the late Doris Cooper Tatham. She was a graduate of Brooklyn Cayce High School and was a homemaker. Her joys in life were crafting, spending time with her family and enjoying her grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband, Mark Bryan; children, Brittany Bryan, Cheyenne Bryan and Christian Leung; grandchildren, Serena, Elliana, Asher; sister, Melissa Tatham; nephew, Camden Tatham; adopted sisters, Yvonne Peak, Marsha Williams; adopted brother, Jimmy Tatham and many adopted nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Bryan was preceded in death by her birth mother, Ann Cason; adopted brothers, Kenny Tatham and Mark Tatham.

Graveside service will be held at 5:00 PM, Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Matthews Cemetery, Coward.
