Tammy Lynn Christian

Tammy Lynn Brown Christian, 51, of Lake City, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, at her residence.

Tammy was born on February 25, 1972, in Charleston, daughter of the late Isaac Vernon Brown Sr. and Linda Dell Chattman Gaskins. She was a sassy yet good hearted woman and loved to debate with Jodi. She loved Minnie Mouse, the mountains, baking chocolate cakes, going overboard for Christmas Holidays and her grandchildren. Tammy never hesitated to pray for someone and help those around her.

Surviving are her husband, Ronnie Lee Ard; daughters, Jodi Marie Christian, Dotti Amanda (Louie) Ard and Mary Elizabeth (Ulysses) Bryant; grandsons, Bently Jordan Brown, Mason Lee Morris, Holdyn Eli Brown and Karter Gage Bryant; sisters, Lisa (Dwight) Davis, Delores (Brad) Kangeter and Wendy (Mike) Young; brother, Isaac Brown, Jr.; fur-babies, Sparky, Red, Pepper and Rain.

Tammy was preceded in death by her siblings, Angela Hatzenbuhler, Darlene Brown Lee, and Elwood Forry, Jr; step-father, Clint Gaskins; maternal grandparents, Ida & Jody Chattman; aunts, Edna Lee, Patricia McCorkle and Loretta Miles.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Carolina Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Lake City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
