Ted Randolph Hanna, II

Mr. Ted Randolph Hanna, II, 66, beloved husband of Susan Elaine Cameron Hanna, passed away peacefully at his residence in Vox Community on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

Born on October 25, 1958, in Williamsburg County, Ted was the son of Norma Jean Wise Hanna and the late Ted Randolph Hanna, I.  He was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force, he served his country with honor and later continued his service in the South Carolina Army National Guard. He worked as a machine operator for Sara Lee Corporation and later in outside shipping for NanYa, where he was respected for his dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Ted was a devoted member of Prospect Independent Methodist Church, where his faith and fellowship were an important part of his life. He found great joy in spending time with his family and the simple pleasures, especially fishing, a pastime that brought him peace and happiness.

In addition to his mother and wife, Ted is survived by a son, Ted R. Hanna, III, and a daughter, Veronica (Robert) Euten, both of Vox Community. He found immense joy in being a grandfather to Ted R. Hanna, IV, Norma Hanna, Matthew Euten, and Hannah (Jeremiah) Hardesty. He is also survived by his brother, Bert (Robin) Hanna of Vox Community; and sisters, Renee (Frankie) McDonald and Genese Meredith, both of Vox Community. He leaves behind a number of cherished nieces and nephews, all of whom he loved dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 AM, Friday, May 30, 2025, at Prospect Independent Methodist Church, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
