Mr. Thomas Julian Robinson, 83, beloved husband of Linda Williams Robinson, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
Mr. Robinson was born on June 10, 1941, in Clarendon County, he was the son of the late Julian Robinson and Gladys Matthews Robinson. Mr. Robinson was a devoted member of Tabernacle in The Wilderness Church, where he found great joy in worship, singing and playing musical instruments. He worked as a steel worker at Vulcraft for 15 years before becoming “The Boss” at Willie’s Frame & Body Shop, where he was known for his strong work ethic and generous spirit.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 38 years, Linda Williams Robinson; his sons, Tommy Robinson, Frankie (Gina) Britt, Gerald Britt, Troy Robinson, Michael (Caroline) Robinson, and Robert (Jenny) Robinson; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Keith (Ruth) Robinson and Wilbur (Jane) Robinson; many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Donnie Robinson, Lavon Robinson, Mae Bryant, and Deryl Nettles.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Tabernacle in The Wilderness Church. Burial will follow at Hewitt Cemetery.
