Timothy Edison Hudson

Timothy Edison Hudson, 73, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025, at McLeod Hospice House in Florence.

Mr. Hudson was born on January 28, 1952, in Florence County, son of the late Edison Hudson and Annie Lois Meggs Hudson. He retired with the South Carolina State Department of Public Transportation and was a South Carolina State Constable. Mr. Hudson also volunteered with the South Carolina Wildlife Department and the Florence County Rescue Squad. Mr. Hudson was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing.

Surviving are his life partner of 16 years, Rochell Porcher; son, Jason (Ashley) Hudson; daughter, Tiffany (Randy) Butler; grandchildren, Dylan and Nora Hudson, Jacob and Alex Butler.

A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 PM, Friday, August 15, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton.
