Veignro Feagin, 75, husband of Lizzie Prosser Feagin, died Sunday, August 30, 2020, at MUSC, Florence, after an illness.
Mr. Feagin was born on August 1, 1945 in Florence County, son of the late William Leon Feagin and Ettie Lou Melton Feagin. He was a Veteran of the United States Army having served in Vietnam and was the retired owner of Feagin Seafood Company. Mr. Feagin was a member of Camp Branch Pentecostal Holiness Church where he taught Sunday School and formerly served as a Deacon.
Surviving are his wife, Lizzie Prosser Feagin of Kingstree; daughters, Linda (Butch) McIlwraith of Conway and Cherie Feagin of Lake City; son, Kelly Feagin of Lake City; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Louise (Jim) Kirby of Laurinburg, NC and Yvonne (Buster) Lynch of Scranton; brother, Odell (Emma) Feagin of TN; and a special aunt, Wilhelmina Lee of Darlington.
Mr. Feagin was preceded in death by his sister, Evelyn Feagin.
Funeral services will be 4:00 PM, Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at Camp Branch Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial with military honors will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM, Wednesday, September 2, 2020, prior to the services at the church.
