William "Bill" Eaddy Obituary

William Eugene “Bill” Eaddy, 57, died Thursday, September 2, 2021, at his residence.

Bill was born on April 13, 1964 in Florence County, son of Martha Elizabeth Kelly and the late Billy L. Eaddy. He was a graduate of Lake City High School and attended Florence Darlington Technical College. Mr. Eaddy was Property manager with Godwin Properties, LLC. He was also a Certified Nursing Assistant, a Licensed Physical Therapist and a Massage Therapist. Bill attended Brown’s Chapel Methodist Church and enjoyed cooking, gardening and kayaking. Bill had a very outgoing personality and made a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was a people person and always willing to help others. Bill had an inquisitive and inquiring mind and loved gadgets.

Surviving include his mother, Martha Elizabeth (Gerald) Kelly of Murrells Inlet; sister, Mary (David) Godwin of Pawley’s Island; step-mother, Betty Jo Eaddy of Scranton; step-sister, Monica Feagin of Scranton; nieces, Paige (Bryan) Cooper and Ashlyn (Brandon) Morris; great niece, Lila Grace; great nephew, Carter Cooper.

Bill was preceded in death by a brother, James Frank Eaddy.

Memorial service will be 2:00 PM, Monday, September 6, 2021, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel
