Adam Culick

Lake City:  Mr. James Adam Culick, 28, died Thursday, October 8, 2015. 

Funeral services will be 1:00 P. M., Monday, October 12, 2015, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton. Burial will be at Cornerstone Ministries Cemetery, Lake City.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P. M., Sunday, October 11, 2015 at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.

Adam was born in Florence, SC on January 19, 1987, son of James Culick and Tami Matthews Culick.  He was a 2005 graduate of East Clarendon High School and attended Williamsburg Technical College.  Adam was employed by R. H. Moore, Co. Inc. and was a member of Cornerstone Ministries.  

Surviving in addition to his parents, James and Tami Culick, are his children, Connor Culick and Cayden Culick, both of Scranton; his fiancée, Teri Welch and her children, Jessica and Kali Welch, all of Lake City; brothers, Jared Culick (Olivia McElveen) and Joshua Brooks, both of Lake City; paternal grandparents, Luther and Annie Mae Culick;   maternal grandmother, Joyce Hutto and maternal grandparents, Bill and Connie Matthews of Cades.

Memorial may be made to Cornerstone Ministries Building Fund, 1856 New Zion Road, Lake City, SC, 29560.
